Shipping & Delivery Policy

Dispatch & Delivery Times:

  • Orders are dispatched between Monday and Friday (excluding national holidays, pre-orders, or presale items).

  • While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to courier or customs clearance issues. ONFIT is not responsible for losses due to delays.

  • If you are planning to travel, allow extra time for delivery.

  • Couriers may contact you for delivery details. If unreachable, return shipping fees may apply.

Missing Deliveries:

  • ONFIT is not responsible for missing or stolen parcels. Ensure a safe delivery location for your parcel.

  • If your parcel is missing, contact the courier for proof of delivery. If still unresolved, email info@shoponfit.com.

  • We cannot refund missing parcels that were delivered to the address you provided in checkout.

Damaged Deliveries:

  • If your parcel arrives damaged, immediately photograph the damage and contact our customer experience team.

  • ONFIT is not responsible for damage caused by improper opening of the parcel.

Important Notes:

  • We do not offer delivery to Military/APO addresses, either in Australia or worldwide.
