If your parcel is missing, contact the courier for proof of delivery. If still unresolved, email info@shoponfit.com.
We cannot refund missing parcels that were delivered to the address you provided in checkout.
If your parcel arrives damaged, immediately photograph the damage and contact our customer experience team.
