Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with ONFIT. We are committed to providing high-quality activewear to our customers. Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully before making a purchase, as they outline our policy regarding exchanges. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

 

1. Exchange -Only Policy

ONFIT. does not offer refunds on any purchases. We only accept exchanges for eligible items as per the conditions listed below.


2. Eligibility for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of the purchase/delivery date.
  • The item must be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags attached.
  • The item must not show any signs of wear, damage, stains, or alterations.
  • The original receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items may not be eligible for exchange unless stated otherwise.


3. Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at adriana@onfit-official.com with your order details and reason for exchange.

Once your exchange request is approved, you will receive instructions on returning your item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item within [X] business days.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, you may choose an alternative item of equal value or receive store credit.

 

4. Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Items returned after the stated return period.
  • Items without original packaging, tags, or proof of purchase.
  • Items marked as final sale, clearance, or part of a promotional offer.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered in any way.


5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.


6. Changes to This Policy

ONFIT. reserves the right to modify or update this Exchange Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
