Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 5 days of receiving your order, as long as the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team.

Please Note: Returns cannot be processed through the ONFIT website.

Return Requirements:

  • Unworn, unwashed, original packaging & tags attached

  • No stains, odours, pet hair, or damage

  • Not a final sale item

  • ONFIT reserves the right to reject returns that don't meet these requirements. Rejected returns will be sent back, and shipping fees will apply.

Refunds:

  • First-time customers: Refunds to the original payment method (return fee applies).

  • Returning customers: No refunds unless the item is faulty and approved by ONFIT.

  • Change-of-mind and size refunds are not covered under ACCC regulations.

Please Note:

  • All returns must be processed via the return portals above. We are not responsible for returns not processed through these portals.

  • We cannot process returns without sufficient shipping evidence, such as a tracking number.

  • ONFIT is not liable for incorrect items sent in returns. Charges will apply for missing items.

Consumer Rights:

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). We encourage all customers to review their consumer rights under relevant Australian legislation.
