We accept returns and exchanges within 5 days of receiving your order, as long as the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team.

ONFIT reserves the right to reject returns that don't meet these requirements. Rejected returns will be sent back, and shipping fees will apply.
First-time customers: Refunds to the original payment method (return fee applies).
Returning customers: No refunds unless the item is faulty and approved by ONFIT.
Change-of-mind and size refunds are not covered under ACCC regulations.
All returns must be processed via the return portals above. We are not responsible for returns not processed through these portals.
We cannot process returns without sufficient shipping evidence, such as a tracking number.
ONFIT is not liable for incorrect items sent in returns. Charges will apply for missing items.
Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). We encourage all customers to review their consumer rights under relevant Australian legislation.
